Free & Standard Delivery
At H-Lifestyle, we provide free shipping within the UK on all orders over £79.
For orders below £79, a fixed delivery fee of £6.99 will be applied.
After your order is confirmed, you will receive a tracking link so you can monitor the progress of your shipment until it arrives.

Fast Dispatch & Delivery
Orders placed before 12:00pm are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days.
All shipments are handled by our delivery partner DPD, a courier known for dependable and prompt service.

Shipping & Processing Timeframes
To ensure efficient handling of orders, we follow Herbalife’s standard processing procedures:

Same-Day Processing
Orders submitted before 12:00pm (Monday to Friday) are generally forwarded to the warehouse on the same day and are often dispatched that day.

Next-Day Processing
Orders placed after 12:00pm are sent to the warehouse on the following business day and are usually shipped on that day.

Processing Time
Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours after processing, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Please note that during holidays, weekends, or busy periods such as the end of the month, slight delays may occasionally occur.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
Please make sure that your shipping details and selected products are correct before completing your purchase.
