30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
At H-Lifestyle, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your Herbalife product purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of delivery to request either a full refund or an exchange. To initiate a return, please contact our team to obtain a Customer Refund Form. We will provide you with the return instructions and address. Once completed, send the form together with the product back to us.
Product Exchange
If you would prefer to exchange a product, you can request an exchange for any Herbalife nutrition or personal care item within 30 days of receiving your order. Simply get in touch with us and our team will guide you through the exchange process. For your convenience, we will also cover the return shipping costs.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you. In these cases, the return shipping costs for the damaged item will also be covered by us.
Lost or Missing Return Shipments
Please note that H-Lifestyle cannot be held responsible for return parcels that are lost or stolen during transit. To reduce this risk, we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service with delivery confirmation when sending returns.
Processing Time
After the returned item arrives at our warehouse, refunds or exchanges are usually processed within two business days. Please keep in mind that there may occasionally be a short delay between the delivery of the return parcel and our confirmation that it has been received.
